Situation-Reaction Training

Radical Rehearsal Focus
We depart from continuous theorizing and discussions and focus on practical rehearsal and visualization of the reaction.
Rehearsal happens with digital flashcards
Cards are created by the individual or together with a therapist. An initial set of 100 cards is given.
